SECURITIES AND FUTURES (INVESTOR COMPENSATION-CLAIMS) RULES - SECT 12
Discharge of claims
Upon payment of the full amount determined to be payable to a claimant under
these Rules, the rights of the claimant against the compensation fund in
relation to the claim and the default are absolutely discharged.
