SECURITIES AND FUTURES (FINANCIAL RESOURCES) RULES - SECT 59
Withdrawal of elections made under these Rules
A licensed corporation which makes an election under any provision of these
Rules shall be bound by the election until such time as the Commission
approves the withdrawal of the election under section 58(5)(g).
