SECURITIES AND FUTURES (REGISTRATION OF APPEALS TRIBUNAL ORDERS) RULES - SECT 2
Interpretation
In these Rules-
"order" (命令) means an order of the Tribunal made under the Ordinance;
"Tribunal" (審裁處) means the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal
established by section 216 of the Ordinance.
