SECURITIES AND FUTURES (LEVERAGED FOREIGN EXCHANGE TRADING) (ARBITRATION) RULES - SECT 38

Applicable law

(1) Hong Kong law applies to the arbitration proceedings.

(2) The arbitrator shall take into account the trade practice applicable to
the transaction.

(3) Pursuant to section 2AB of the Arbitration Ordinance ( Cap 341), the
provisions of that Ordinance apply to an arbitration conducted under these
Rules, save for those matters that have been specifically provided for in
these Rules.
