Time period for sending further statements

The period fixed by the arbitrator for the sending of any amendments or
supplements under section 19, may not exceed 21 days from the date of such
amendments or supplements, unless an extension is requested by a party and the
arbitrator is satisfied that such an extension is justified in the
circumstances.
