CHIEF EXECUTIVE ELECTION (ELECTION PETITION) RULES - SECT 4
Filing of documents
(1) Any document required to be filed in the proceedings for a petition shall
be filed with the Registrar in the Registry of the High Court.
(2) The High Court Fees Rules ( Cap 4 sub. leg. D) shall, subject to all
necessary modifications, apply in respect of the proceedings for a petition.
