ELECTION COMMITTEE (REGISTRATION) (VOTERS FOR SUBSECTORS) (MEMBERS OF ELECTION COMMITTEE) (APPEALS) REGULATION - SECT 4

Appellant to be notified of ruling

(Past version on 16/11/2001).

Where-

   (a)  the decision of the Electoral Registration Officer stands pursuant to
        section 3(6)(a); or

   (b)  the Revising Officer makes a ruling under section 3(6)(b), the
        Revising Officer shall notify the appellant at the address as referred
        to in section 3(1)(b) and where appropriate, the person in respect of
        whom the objection is made, by registered post, that such decision
        shall stand or of his ruling, as may be appropriate. (L.N. 27 of 2003)
