ELECTION COMMITTEE (APPEALS) REGULATION - SECT 7

Appellant and other persons concerned to be notified of ruling

Where-

   (a)  the result of the subsector election to which the appeal notice
        relates stands pursuant to section 6;

   (b)  the decision of the Electoral Registration Officer stands pursuant to
        section 6; or

   (c)  the Revising Officer makes a ruling under section 6, the Revising
        Officer shall notify the appellant and, where appropriate, the person
        whose election is questioned or the declared member concerned, by
        post, that the result or decision shall stand or of his ruling, as may
        be appropriate.
