REHABILITATION CENTRES (APPOINTMENT) ORDER - SECT 2

Appointment of rehabilitation centres

(1) Each place or building specified in Schedule 1 is appointed to be a
rehabilitation centre for the purpose of being a place of confinement in which
a young offender may be detained in custody under section 3(a) of the
Ordinance.

(2) Each place or building specified in Schedule 2 is appointed to be a
rehabilitation centre for the purpose of being an institution in which a young
offender may be required to reside after studying, working or engaging in
other approved activities under section 3(b) of the Ordinance.
