REHABILITATION CENTRES REGULATION - SECT 7
Classification
The Commissioner shall classify all offenders, having regard to their
character, previous history and other relevant circumstances and shall arrange
for each offender to receive his training at the rehabilitation centre which
is, in the opinion of the Commissioner, most suitable.
