Personal record of offenders

Every offender shall, as soon as possible after his admission, be interviewed
by the Officer-in-charge, who shall, with reference to rule 12 of the
Prison Rules ( Cap 234 sub. leg.), cause to be entered in the  offender's
record such personal particulars as the Officer-in-charge considers necessary.
