REHABILITATION CENTRES REGULATION - SECT 22
Offenders given opportunity to defend against allegation of a disciplinary offence
An offender shall, before a report is dealt with, be informed of the
disciplinary offence for which he has been reported and shall be given an
opportunity of hearing the facts alleged against him and of being heard in his
defence.
