REHABILITATION CENTRES REGULATION - SECT 14
Supervision order
(1) A supervision order against an offender shall be read and explained to,
and served on, the offender by the Officer-in-charge before the offender is
released from a rehabilitation centre.
(2) Where a condition of a supervision order against an offender is varied,
the varied order shall be read and explained to, and served on, the offender
by the Officer-in-charge. (L.N. 245 of 2001)
