REHABILITATION CENTRES REGULATION - SECT 11
Religious services and instruction
(1) The Officer-in-charge may, if satisfied that an offender belongs to a
religious denomination, if the offender so desires and it is reasonably
practicable to do so, make arrangements for the offender to attend appropriate
religious services.
(2) The Officer-in-charge may, if satisfied that an offender belongs to a
religious denomination or has a genuine need for religious instruction, if
the offender so desires and it is reasonably practicable to do so, make
arrangements for the offender to receive appropriate religious instruction.
