HUMAN REPRODUCTIVE TECHNOLOGY (LICENSING) REGULATION - SECT 9

Determination of application for licence

For the purposes of facilitating the determination of an application for a
licence, the Inspection Committee shall present to the Council—

   (a)  the Committee’s recommendations in respect of the application;

   (b)  any representation submitted under section 8(3); and

   (c)  any other information or documents that the Council or the Committee
        considers relevant to the application.
