ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 9

Application for discharge permits

An applicant who applies for a discharge permit shall submit with his
application-

   (a)  a statement describing and, where required by the Authority, drawings
        showing-

        (i)    the location of the discharge;

        (ii)   the arrangements for producing the proposed entertainment
               special effects; and

        (iii)  the safety precautions to be taken;

   (b)  a statement specifying the types and quantities of special effects
        materials intended to be used and the manner in which they are to be
        used; and

   (c)  proof of a valid public liability insurance policy in respect of the
        discharge showing-

        (i)    the amount of insurance cover; and

        (ii)   the terms and conditions of the insurance policy, that are
               acceptable to the Authority.
