ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 41
Handling of misfired pyrotechnic special effects materials
(1) A licensed special effects operator shall request the assistance of the
Hong Kong Police Force if there are misfired (including unfired) pyrotechnic
special effects materials that-
(a) may pose a threat to life or property; and
(b) he cannot safely dispose of.
(2) A licensed special effects operator who contravenes subsection
(1) commits an offence and is liable to a fine at level 2.
