Types of store licence

PART VII

STORAGE OF PYROTECHNIC SPECIAL EFFECTS MATERIALS

The Authority may issue-

   (a)  a store licence in respect of a store at a fixed location in
non-residential premises ("non-movable pyrotechnic special effects materials
store licence"); or

        (b)	a store licence in respect of a movable store ("movable 
pyrotechnic special effects materials store licence").
