ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 17

Qualifications of operator-in-charge

The person proposed to be the operator-in-charge for the purpose of a
pyrotechnic special effects materials supplier licence must hold one of the
following licences-

   (a)  Special Effects Operator Class I (Stream A) licence;

   (b)  Special Effects Operator Class II (Stream A) licence; or

   (c)  Special Effects Operator (Stream B) licence.
