ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 14

Registration

(1) Upon registration of any pyrotechnic special effects material, the
Authority may-

   (a)  classify the pyrotechnic special effects material, based on the hazard
        level associated with its conveyance, storage and use; and

   (b)  impose such restrictions on the conveyance, storage and use of any
        such pyrotechnic special effects material classified under paragraph

   (a)  as he considers necessary.

(2) The Authority shall enter in the register the classification and
restrictions made under subsection (1).
