Application for registration

PART IV

REGISTRATION OF PYROTECHNIC SPECIAL EFFECTS MATERIALS

An applicant who applies for the registration of any pyrotechnic special
effects material shall submit with his application-

   (a)  documents containing the safety data of the material, that is to say,
        information describing the safety precautions that should be taken
        when the material is being used, or other similar documents;

   (b)  documents, if any, issued by a competent authority relating to the
        classification of the material and the imposition of restrictions in
        respect of the conveyance, storage or use of the material; and

   (c)  such other particulars as the Authority may require for the purpose of
        ascertaining the characteristics of the material.
