ENTERTAINMENT SPECIAL EFFECTS (GENERAL) REGULATION - SECT 10

Operator-in-charge named in discharge permit

(1) An application for a discharge permit shall contain the name, address,
qualifications and experience of the person proposed to be engaged as the
operator-in-charge.

(2) The Authority may approve the appointment of an operator-in-charge if he
is satisfied that the person proposed to be engaged in that capacity is the
holder of a special effects operator licence the type and the scope of
operation of which are acceptable to the Authority.
