Replacement permits

Where a permit has been lost, destroyed or defaced, application may be made to
the Corporation by the person to whom the permit has been issued or the
employer of that person for the issue of a replacement permit and the
Corporation, upon being satisfied as to such loss, destruction or defacement,
may, upon payment of the prescribed fee set out in Schedule 1 in the case of
an applicant who is not an authorized employee, issue to the permit holder a
replacement permit in substitution for the permit which has been lost,
