MASS TRANSIT RAILWAY BY-LAWS - BYLAW 41Q
Employer to report lost permits
Where a report has been received by an employer as to the loss of a permit and
the circumstances thereof, he shall, without delay, report such loss and the
circumstances thereof to the Corporation. (Part VIIIA added L.N. 156 of 2007)
