CHINESE MEDICINES TRADERS (REGULATORY) REGULATION - SECT 13

Informing defendant of the Board's decision

(1) The Board secretary shall cause to be served on the defendant a notice in
writing of the Board's decision and the reasons for the decision.

(2) Where the Board decides to issue a warning to the defendant under section
139(2)(d) of the Ordinance, the Board secretary shall cause to be served the
warning together with the notice under subsection (1) on the defendant.

(3) Where the Board decides that a case is to be disposed of by the Committee
issuing a letter of advice to the defendant, the Board secretary shall inform
the Committee who shall act accordingly.
