CHINESE MEDICINES TRADERS (REGULATORY) REGULATION - SECT 11

Adjournment of meeting

(1) The Board may, either of its own motion or at the request of the
defendant, postpone its consideration or determination of a case, in whole or
in part, to such date or adjourn a meeting from time to time as it thinks fit.

(2) The Board secretary shall, when he is so directed by the Board  chairman,
give notice of a postponement or adjournment to the defendant and to the
complainant as directed.
