CHINESE MEDICINES REGULATION - SECT 35
Exemptions for proprietary Chinese medicines manufactured in Hong Kong and to be exported
not yet in operation Section 144 of the Ordinance shall not apply in the case
where a person is in possession of a proprietary Chinese medicine manufactured
in Hong Kong for the purpose of exporting the medicine.
