CHINESE MEDICINES REGULATION - SECT 10
Additional duties of holders of retailer licences in respect of Schedule 2 medicines
A holder of a retailer licence in respect of Schedule 2 medicines shall ensure
that where a prescription given by a registered or listed Chinese medicine
practitioner is presented for dispensing any Schedule 2 medicine, the medicine
is dispensed in accordance with the prescription.
