MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 41

Waiver of fees

The Director may waive the fee to be paid under section 28(a) or (b) in
respect of the granting of an exemption to a local vessel that—

   (a)  is a Class III vessel or a Class IV vessel; and

   (b)  is a vessel exempted under section 63 of the Shipping and Port 
        Control Ordinance ( Cap 313) from the requirement of section 15 of
        that Ordinance.
