MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 35

Application of Division 2

Division 2—Fees for miscellaneous services

(1) This Division applies only to the following services—

   (a)  a visit by a specified officer to a local vessel, shore installation,
        navigation aid or other site, as a relevant service;

   (b)  the reproduction of any drawing of a local vessel by a
        specified officer, as a relevant service; and

   (c)  the examination of any equipment relating to a local vessel by a
        specified officer, as a relevant service.

(2) Notwithstanding subsection (1), this Division does not apply to any
service in respect of which a fee is prescribed in Division 1 of this Part.
