PART 7

FEES FOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY DIRECTOR UNDER SECTION 63A OF ORDINANCE

(1) In this Part—

"relevant service" (有關服務) means a service performed by the Director,
upon request, under section 63A of the Ordinance;

"service period" (服務期間), in relation to a service carried out by a
specified officer, means—

   (a)  the period of time, in hours, during which the service continues; or

   (b)  if that period of time is not a whole number, the period of time
        rounded up to the next whole number;

"travel period" (出差期間), in relation to a service carried out by a
specified officer, means the period of time during which the officer is
outside Hong Kong on account of the service.

(2) For the purposes of the definition of "travel period", a specified officer
is outside Hong Kong from the moment when he departs from Hong Kong to the
moment when he arrives at Hong Kong.
