MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 28

Fees for exemptions under section 69 of Ordinance

The fee to be paid in respect of an exemption of the Director under section 69
of the Ordinance is—

   (a)  in the case of an exemption from section 28 of the Ordinance, $525;

   (b)  in the case of an exemption from section 3 of the General Regulation,
        $97;

   (c)  in the case of any other exemption, $525.
