MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (FEES) REGULATION - SECT 15

Fees for re-inspections under Survey Regulation

Subject to sections 16 and 17, the fee to be paid under section 21(3), 26(3)
or 65(3) of the Survey Regulation for the re-inspection of a local vessel by a
specified officer is—

   (a)  for the first hour of the service period of each officer for the
        re-inspection, $3270; and

   (b)  for each subsequent hour of the service period of each officer for the
        re-inspection, $1115.
