MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY RISKS INSURANCE) REGULATION - SECT 6

Change in information after approval

(1) An approved insurer shall notify the Director in writing of any change in
the information furnished by it under section 4(2) within 14 days after the
date of the change.

(2) An approved insurer who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and
is liable on conviction to a fine at level 2.

(3) Any person who by virtue of section 20 is guilty of an offence under
subsection (2) is liable on conviction to a fine at level 2 and to
imprisonment for 3 months.
