MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY RISKS INSURANCE) REGULATION - SECT 21

Amount of insurance cover

(1) The Director may, by notice published in the Gazette, specify the amount
of insurance cover for the purposes of section 23D(3)(c) of the Ordinance.

(2) A notice under subsection (1) may specify different amounts for different
classes, types or descriptions of local vessels and for different
circumstances.
