MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY RISKS INSURANCE) REGULATION - SECT 20

Liability of directors, managers, etc.

Where an offence under this Regulation is committed by a body of persons,
whether corporate or unincorporate, and is proved to have been committed with
the consent or connivance of, or to be attributable to any neglect on the part
of, a director, partner, member, manager, secretary or other officer concerned
in the management of such body, or any person who was purporting to act in any
such capacity, the director, partner, member, manager, secretary, other
officer or person shall be guilty of the like offence.
