MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY RISKS INSURANCE) REGULATION - SECT 2

Interpretation

In this Regulation—

"certificate of insurance" (保險證書) means a certificate of insurance
issued for the purposes of section 13(1);

"certificate of ownership number" (擁有權證明書號碼), "class" (類別)
and "type" (類型) have the respective meanings assigned to them by
section 2(1) of the
Merchant Shipping (Local Vessels) (Certification and Licensing) Regulation (
Cap 548 sub. leg. D).
