MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY RISKS INSURANCE) REGULATION - SECT 19

Register of approved insurer

(1) The Director shall establish and maintain a register of approved insurers
and keep the register in his office.

(2) The register referred to in subsection (1) shall be in such form and shall
contain such information as the Director may determine.

(3) The register referred to in subsection (1) shall be made available for
inspection by the public free of charge during office hours at the office of
the Director.
