MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (COMPULSORY THIRD PARTY RISKS INSURANCE) REGULATION - SECT 10

Appeal

(1) Any person who is aggrieved by a decision made in respect of him by the
Director under section 5(1), 7(1) or 8(1) may, within 14 days after the day on
which he is informed of the decision, appeal to the Administrative Appeals
Board against that decision.

(2) An appeal made under subsection (1) shall not affect the operation of the
decision that is appealed against.
