Contravention of conditions and restrictions
PART 3
REQUIREMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS RELATING TO LOCAL VESSELS
If, without reasonable excuse, any of the conditions or restrictions attached
to a full licence or temporary licence in respect of a local vessel is
contravened, the owner, his agent and the coxswain each commits an offence and
is liable on conviction to a fine at level 3 and to imprisonment for 6 months.
