MERCHANT SHIPPING (LOCAL VESSELS) (CERTIFICATION AND LICENSING) REGULATION - SECT 16
Validity period for full licence
A full licence for a local vessel is valid for such period as may be
determined by the Director and specified in the licence, which shall not
exceed 12 months, beginning from the date of issue of the licence.
