DECLARATION OF CONSTITUENCIES (DISTRICT COUNCILS) ORDER 2003 - SECT 4

Repeal

This section shall-

   (a)  come into operation on 10 July 2003 for the purpose only of enabling
        arrangements to be made for the holding of the District Council
        ordinary election in 2003; and

   (b)  in so far as it has not come into operation under paragraph

   (a)  , come into operation on 1 January 2004. The Declaration of
        Constituencies (District Councils) Order 1999 ( Cap 547 sub. leg. B)
        is repealed.
