DISTRICT COUNCILS (ELECTION PETITION) RULES - RULE 2

General practice and procedure

Subject to Division 4 of Part V of the Ordinance and to these Rules, the
practice and procedure of the High Court, including the rules relating to the
discovery and inspection of documents and the delivery of interrogatories,
shall apply to an election petition as nearly as circumstances permit as if it
were an ordinary action within the jurisdiction of the High Court.
