DISTRICT COUNCILS (ELECTION PETITION) RULES - RULE 1
Interpretation
In these Rules, unless the context otherwise requires-
"Registrar" (司法常務官) means the Registrar of the High Court;
"respondent" (答辯人) means a respondent within the meaning of section 51
of the Ordinance.
