LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL (ELECTION PETITION) RULES - RULE 3
Filing of documents
(1) Any document required to be filed in proceedings relating to any petition
shall be filed in the Registry of the High Court.
(2) The Supreme Court Fees Rules ( Cap 4 sub. leg.) shall, subject to any
necessary modifications, apply in respect of all proceedings relating to
election petitions.
