LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL (ELECTION PETITION) RULES - RULE 20
Witnesses' expenses
The reasonable expenses incurred by any person in appearing to give evidence
at the trial of a petition, equal to such sum of money as would be allowed to
such person under section 52 of the Supreme Court Ordinance ( Cap 4) if he
were a witness in any civil proceedings, may be allowed to him by a
certificate of the Court or of the Registrar, and shall be deemed to be costs
of the petition.
