Mode of service of notice requiring repayment of financial assistance

The written notice required to be given by the Chief Electoral Officer under
section 60H of the Legislative Council Ordinance ( Cap 542) or section 60G of
the District Councils Ordinance ( Cap 547) must be sent by registered post.
