Size and position of printing

Where the Commission accepts a request made under section 3(2) or 4(2), it
may, in relation to any of the subject of request, decide in its absolute
discretion the size and position of the particulars concerned as printed on a
ballot paper and whether and how to further include any indication on the
ballot paper to show the candidate or candidates to whom the particulars
