PARTICULARS RELATING TO CANDIDATES ON BALLOT PAPERS (LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL AND DISTRICT COUNCILS) REGULATION - SECT 33

Commission may specify form

(1) The Commission may specify forms for the purposes of any provision of this
Regulation.

(2) The Chief Electoral Officer must make the specified forms available, free
of charge, during ordinary business hours at the Registration and Electoral
Office, or at any other place as he considers appropriate.
