Prescribed body may apply for withdrawal of registration of its name and emblem, etc.

Withdrawal of registration, etc.

(1) A prescribed body may at any time apply to the Commission for—

   (a)  the withdrawal of the registration of a subject of registration in
        relation to the body;

   (b)  the amendment of any particulars in the register other than a
        subject of registration in relation to the body.

(2) An application made under subsection (1) must be in writing and signed by
the applicant.

(3) An applicant may, by notice in writing given to the Commission, withdraw
an application made under subsection (1).
